Child Care Plan For Health Conditions Or Medical Procedures
This form is required by law and provides information on parents/guardians and doctors of the child, which would be required in case of an emergency. It must be completed and turned in before the first day of class.
Child Medical Statement
This form is mandated by law and includes essential information about the child’s parents/guardians and doctors, crucial in case of emergencies. It must be filled out and submitted before the first day of class.
Child Enrollment and Health Information
Each child is required by law to be examined by a licensed physician and have this form completed (with date of exam and date of physician’s signature) and returned within 30 days of starting class. This form must be completed every 12 months.

School Programs
Based on research showing children benefit from daily outdoor play and state guidelines, we'll include daily outdoor activities in our program. We'll adjust outdoor time in extreme temperatures for children's well-being.
The Toddler class meets from 9-11am, Monday to Friday. You can choose the days your child attends. Activities include circle time, snack time, gross motor skills, and quiet time. We explore themes and various arts, language, science, and play-based socialization.

In our Intermediate and Kindergarten classes at Hitchcock Woods, children thrive in a dynamic, interactive environment. They develop essential skills and foster a positive self-image within our culturally diverse society. Join us in nurturing active learners and celebrating each child's growth.
Our Three-year-old curriculum fosters self-esteem through language and communication skills development via thematic units. The Pre-K curriculum progresses through developmental stages, focusing on alphabet, math, science, and art with hands-on materials.
During our Day Care Program each summer, we offer a fun and enriching experience with a new theme each week! Your child can attend five days a week or join the program flexibly to fit your schedule. Choose from one, two, or three full weeks, or opt for 2, 3, or 4 days per week. Let us ensure a safe and enjoyable summer for your child!
